MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling-Dermapen-Main-Banner.jpg

Microneedling, also known as ‘collagen induction therapy’ is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that gives the skin a brighter, clearer, and smoother looking appearance. This effective and safe treatment requires the use of fine needles to create very tiny punctures to the top layer of the skin’s surface. These tiny puncture wounds, trigger what’s known as the body’s natural healing process. This allows the skin's collagen and elastin production processes to be enhanced, leading to a rejuvenated and brighter looking appearance.

Benefits

Microneedling is a safe and effective skin treatment with no downtime. This cosmetic treatment treats and heals various skin concerns including fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, blackheads, age spots, sun damage, uneven skin tone and texture, enlarged pores, and stretch marks.

When the body’s natural healing process kicks in and stimulates the skin’s collagen and elastin production, the skin will see immediate results including a “glow”. Over the course of a few weeks and regular microneedling appointments, patients will begin to see an overall improvement to their skin concerns and appearance.
